It's a very nice coffee maker. I enjoy using it, the coffee is always good, I really like the pods. I don't like that I canot use other pods except for the special Keurig ones. My old ones won't work in this new pot.

I absolutely love that we can now brew a whole pot of coffee, not just a single cup. My husband uses the carafe to brew enough coffee to fill his thermos and leave me a cup in the morning. We purchased the brewer right before Thanksgiving and it made dessert and coffee time much easier. We love how easy it is to use and clean and how customizable the display and tank colors are. The only negative about this brewer was it didn't take any of my old kcups (the cups without the silver band on the top); however, keurig customer service was amazing, as usual, and replaced my old cups with new cups that work. We are very happy with this brewer. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review

Great machine, but I find myself missing the fact that I can't use my old K-cups or use my own coffee like the old models. I still love my machine because it is a lot easier to use. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
