I love my Keurig 2.0! I've been using this product for years. We even have a mini one in our office. I recommend this to everyone!
Pros: Durable, Easy to clean, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Easy to use, Large Pot, Brews quickly

disappointment of some features

I would like to see a more environmentally friendly coffee pods such as refillable one or easy disposable ones. I would like to adjust the serving size of the hot water feature. I would like to use white vinegar to clean it, can I?

Great upgrade from my old Keurig Brewer

I upgraded to this brewer as my mom got one for Christmas, and I noticed the strong setting for coffee. I felt the older brewers made the coffee weaker, and I was intrigued by the new strong feature since I like a stronger cup of coffee. This brewer hasn't disappointed so far. However, thankfully my old brewer still works, so I can use up the older foil label KCups. I sure that everyone knows by now that the 2.0 only brews the packs with the Keurig ring label. This isn't an issue with me as I was already purchasing the Keurig approved KCups, but I have some older ones (and ones I bought on clearance this fall) that need to be used up as they will not brew in the 2.0.
Pros: Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Durable
Cons: Won't Use Old Pods

I truly don't know what I'd do without my Keurig coffee maker. I have been sold on the keurig since the day they came out. No other coffee pot compares to the style and consistency. I have bought both my adult children a keurig and they too love them. Keep it up Keurig!

I was concerned about the 2.0 because of reading reviews by some customers, but I got one for Christmas and I just LOVE mine! I use it everyday and couldn't be more pleased. I especially love the different options and many size choices. The extra large water reservoir is a huge plus! Thanks Keurig for the free packs!!
