I love being able to grab a cup quickly on the go. I like coffees that are not offered by Keurig and still have to use my old brewer to enjoy those. I wish there was a reusable filter I could use to eliminate the extra brewer in my kitchen.

I got my 2.0 550 for Christmas and we have used it daily since. I've even showed my 12 yr old hot chocolate drinker how to make his own. It has paid for itself already in reduced coffee shop visits because I can have whatever I want at home! It gets used 3-4 times a day and we couldn't be more happy! My 2.0 550 Brewer

I am so sorry I had to send my 2.0 back. Every other day I had to unclog it and I have an older model and have never had a minutes trouble with it. I really liked the style of the 2.0 , but was disappointed that the carafe was plastic and did no keep the coffee hot. Also, it was too noisy. This was my 3rd Keurig.
Pros: Stylish
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Loud
