This is a quiet, easy to use product. The only downfall I have with it is that you can not use a pod to brew your favorite brand of coffee. you must use pods from a Keurig certified brand of coffee.

I am an avid coffee drinker and the Keurig 550 is by far the very best coffee brewer EVER..I believe one of the very best features are the speed with with the coffee brews..Also i am very particular about coffee for brewers but the products for the Keurig coffee brewers are above all other coffee products. Highly recommend to all coffee lovers...will not be disappointed.

I bough 2 of these Brewers: one for home use and one for work. My co-workers love it! We don't have to buy overpriced coffee at the cafeteria anymore! We have many options for brewing and an endless number of favors to choose from. At home, I use the brewer for coffee on the weekends and chai lattes during the week nights. I really like that you can either brew one cup at a time or a carafe for a larger group. I liked it so much that I bought my other family members one each! Thanks Keurig!

Disappointed in brewing time and extreme loudness of operation. Have a K70/K75 which brews much faster and is a great deal quieter. Like the carafe and ability to brew larger amounts of coffee. Feel this model wasn't worth the cost.

Loving my 2.0!

I was hesitant when ordering my 2.0 after hearing so many negative reviews about not being able to use other brands of K-cups, but the reality is that any K-cup that says "For Use in All Brewers" will work. I have not had a single issue. The carafe is not that large and does get cold quickly. I like the option of using it, but find that guests still like having the option to use their own k-cup. This is my 3rd Keurig in five years, and I am just as pleased with this updated version as those I have had in the past. I can get a consistently good cup of coffee and there is a huge selection for this just like the other brewers. Don't hesitate to get this brewer. I also love that Keurig rewards their customers. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Our new 2.0 550 is the 4th Keurig we have owned. Our previous models were all still working well, but we decided to upgrade when new models became available, The older models were given to other family members who now enjoy Keurig as much as we do. Many of our friends bought their Keurigs after seeing how great ours was. And the the variety of coffee is outstanding. Best way to start everyday!
