I got this as a Christmas gift and my husband and I Love it. He actually uses it more than I do. It's pretty easy to operate and I love that you don't have to make a whole pot and dump what you don't drink. My only complaint is I wish the whole k-cup thing was a bit more reuseable/earth friendly. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

i like the fact that the K550 is family friendly, my family enjoys the hot chocolate, and the teas, and for us adults we enjoy the coffee.

College and Keurig

I use my Keurig most mornings before classes as a college student and it's fantadtic. It doesn't wake my roommate and it brews very fast so I'm never late for class or anything because of my coffee brewing. The only thing I would complain about is there are lots of K-cups online that are meant for cold brewing and to be cold drinks but my Keurig does not brew cold, only hot. It is also a tad loud and sometimes starts "preheating" randomly in the middle of the night when I'm sleeping and haven't touched my Keurig. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Very convenient can set timer and coffee ready to go when I get up. Wish it it made 12oz cups of water like my last one.

I Love my Keurig

I love Keurig coffee brewers. I have owned every model. I like the fact that I can brew just one cup or a carafe when I want more on cold mornings. I find this version the needles get clogged up and you have to clean quite often. I called customer service and was told the 2.0's you have to. That is hard to do and the brew time is slower on this version but overall, the looks, the color backgrounds and lighting make it a wonderful and stylish system.
