I was Leary at first because I had read some bad reviews, and it was a steep investment, but totally glad I i bought it! Love the new design, color screen and the options I have when making coffee. The kids love the hot cocoa feature as well!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Durable, Brews quickly, Stylish, Easy to use
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN

We really enjoy our new K-2.0 Keurig. The carafe is a great idea as we use it when we have guests. Friends have upgraded to the K 2.0 since they have seen ours.The transition to this new way of making coffee was quite easy for us whether it be the K-cup or carafe. More problems than I'd have liked

We brew a pot, and/or several cups per day. After a few days the coffee was brewing very slowly, and dispensing about a half of what it should. After calling tech support, they had me find a paper clip and pole it in a very specific place next to the needle. It fixed the issue for about 2 days, and now we're back to slow, small cups of coffee. Also, the water filter assembly broke right away.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Stylish, Large Pot
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great machine

Love the new Keurig 2.0. It works well and we haven't had any problems with it. We've had the coffee maker for about 6 months now. It replaced an older model Keurig. The only issue we had at all was that you must use new official K-cups. No generics or older K-cups as they do not have the coding around the edges that is required for this machine to work. Also, the 2.0 is not convenient for heating water since you have to hold down the button and only get 6 oz of water at a time. I've gone back to using a water kettle for my tea and cocoa. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

There are three members of our household. Each of us has different beverage preferences, and we follow different schedules. Our 2.0 lets each of us enjoy our favorites when we want them and "fresh from the pot" so to speak. It's also a positive that the machine prompts our milk-based and fruit-based beverage drinkers to run a cleaning cycle after making a drink. The only thing we don't like about the machine is that it goes to sleep after a period of nonuse, even though we set it not to do that. It seems to have a "mind of its own"! Finally, it wasn't clear where we were supposed to enter "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review," so I guess we'll just include it here: "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."
