Love it!!!

I love my Leurig! I received it for Christmas and I absolutely love it. I loved it so much, I purchased one for my mother for Christmas as well. The taste of fresh brewed coffee is unmatched. Every cup, every time is exceptional. No more drinking stale old coffee! Also they care if they does not keep the coffee hot. But I guess I'll warming plate would Bruin the fresh brewed taste of curate coffee. The only drawbacks I have found are you cannot use any K cup brand in the 2.0. You must use curing endorsed K cups. The machine won't work with other cake cup brands. And, you have to purchase your own water filter assembly kit. You would think with the 2.0 being the most expensive model, it would come with this. But it doesn't . I had to purchase my own for $24.99. My mothers was the cheaper model and hers came with the water assembly lit. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Cons: Doesn't Use Any Kcups, Must Buy Ftlter Assembly, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I love my Keurig 550. I'm a first time buyer and user of the Keurig. I use it multiple times a day and when I have people over they love the different coffee choices they can choose from. Coffee brews fast and its not loud like other coffee makers. I must say the down fall about the Keurig 2.0 is that it is limited to Keurig brand cups.

I love my coffee, it's like a gentle hug in the morning to start the day right! Bought my brewer as a selfie Xmas gift and love every brew carafe and cup alike. My K550 is smart and functional, sleek and capable every time I brew. The only drawback is not being able to use my cups to brew specialty coffee I buy on the road from small roasting houses. The variety and selection and shipping from Keurig is great so a little sacrifice for a perfect cup every time is not soooooo bad!

Disappointing Durability

I bought the Keurig 550 just before Christmas as a "bundle" including a nice assortment of coffee and a carafe. The coffee was very good, and I enjoyed the convenience of easily brewing only what I intended to drink. It worked perfectly as a daily brewer for about four weeks, then abruptly stopped pumping water. I descaled the unit and replaced the filter, but nothing helped. Regardless of the setting, all I got was a lot of noise and three or four squirts of coffee. I returned it to the retailer for a replacement unit, which has been in use for about two weeks now. Hoping for better results this time, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the first one. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This is my 3rd brewer starting with the original one, then the mini and now the 2.0 K550. Love this brewer ! It's fast, versatile in cup sizes and I love the fact that I can dispense hot water for teas or oatmeal etc. How fun is it to be able to change the reservoir colors ! Stylish and easy to clean ! We received this from Santa as a family gift as 3 out of 4 wanted this. I can say the variety that this machine offers has saved me from many loads of dishes! The kids would make quite the mess when making hot cocoa, or chai tea. But now they have their mugs and just pop it in and then its done. The only thing I wish is that this did the espresso as well then it would be 6 STARS!!! Overall a great investment for a family that can never agree! We use it everyday several times a day. I love the k cups because I don't waste any coffee. My only problem is some of the brands I buy aren't compatible with this machine. I do use the karafe but it doesn't keep the coffee hot enough. I have to rewarm it in the microwave. I do love my Keurig coffeemaker and recommend it to everyone.
