This machine makes great coffee, and is not complicated to use after you get used to the menus. I would like to see a reusable filter in the near future, and hopefully an easier way to recycle the cups. Customer service is wonderful!

Some of the Family need Decaf, while others want Caffeine. This brewer allows us to do both, and quickly. The only issue I really have is that it clogs far too often, and we have to clear it before we can finish the cup being brewed. Our previous Keurig was much easier that way. And thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.
Pros: Large Pot, Large water tank, Multiple Settings
Cons: No Temp Controls, Clogs Too Often

Love my 2.0 Keurig

This unit brews stronger coffee and tea than the B70 that I retired. Only thing I don't like as much is that it drips a lot after brewing which makes a bit of a mess on the counter when not using the drip tray for tall mugs. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

My husband would buy coffee every morning before work until I got my Keurig Brewer. I love the way it looks. I actually have two Keurig Brewers. I have the 2.0 for home because it looks good and my husband and sons drink coffee every morning. I have a single serve professional for the office that I use daily along with my co workers. I like mild coffee, so I haven't figured out which kind I like best.

Love the brewer, especially since we jerry-rigged it to use any K-cup, though now it won't recognize the carafe cups. Highly recommend to any coffee drinkers out there!! Oh, and "thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review".

I've always thought the Keurig to be a gimmick, but my opinion changed after owning one for a few months. Our Keurig gets used daily and it's all about convenience. When we have guests over, they can pick what they want to drink and are not limited. Filling up my tumbler in the morning is so much faster than it used to be. I'll never buy another brand and now am a loyal Keurig customer.
