I use my machine everyday in the morning. And sometimes in the evening. The pot does not stay warm that is my biggest complaint.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Large Pot, Brews quickly
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

I do love my new brewer and would recommend it to anyone even if I weren't compensated with k-cups for sending my comments. My husband misses that it doesn't have a refillable/reusable k-cup. He doesn't want to stand and hold the hot water button down til it completes it's dispensing. Thank you

I absolutely love my Keurig and I am happy I got the best/newest model. The coffee selection is to die for and the ease in making my cup is amazing. I wish their were options for 12 & 16 cup brews, so I could fill my morning mug, but I deal. Otherwise, you won't regret going for the biggest/best model, and have fun trying the wide selection of flavors! I sure am!!!

Great for in the morning when you don't have much time. I make a cup just before leaving for work. I no longer have to stop at Starbucks! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review! However, I would have given a "thumbs up anyway.

I LOVE THE 550 AND HAVE BEEN WAITING TO GET MINE...IT IS QUIET...UPSCALE AND HEATS SO QUICK! I LOVE THE FACT THAT IF I HAVE GUESTS, THAT I CAN BREW A CARAFE AND NOT HAVE TO BRING OUT MY OLD COFFEE POT! THEY HAVE HIT THIS DESIGN OUT OF THE PARK!

I really do like this brewer, i just wish I had the ability to brew a VERY HOT cup of coffee and brew a 12-14 oz cup.

This is a good product. Convenience and decent quality are two main features. The quality of coffee does depend on the brand and freshness of coffee. The ability to make non coffee products, such as hot chocolate and tea is a plus. One request, that I believe many people have mentioned, please add more temperature control. At the very least, the temperature control should be able to reach 197, if not 200.
