This brewer works very well and looks great. Coffee (plus other hot drinks) can be made very quickly! Good for rushed mornings, guests, and many other things for sure. There seem to be an infinite variety of drinks to choose from as well! One of the only bad things is the fact that you can't brew old K-cups or any type of fill-on-your-own K-cup with this brewer. However, pretty much all brands are compatible with this brewer. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I use my Keurig every morning and am pleased with the brewing system. I am not pleased with the limited coffee selection that I am forced to choose from because this brewer only takes certain type of k-kups. I am not pleased at the cost of these k-kups either.

Remember to take the used K-cup out!!

The only problem we have had is we forget to take the used k-cup after we use it and it seems to clog the needles up. The machine will not pump water when this happens. Keurig was very helpful with the fix but it can be a problem if you don't take the cup out. Other than that we love the 2.0.

My husband and I have used this unit every single day since we purchase it over 3 months ago. I appreciate being able to have a slightly stronger cup than he would like and occasionally a flavored cup of coffee, which he never enjoys. So the flexibility is one of our favorite things about it. And we love not having to dump grounds every day in prep for the next days pot.

"Thanks, , Keurig, for the free packs for this review" This is our first keurig. We use it to make coffee, hot tea, hot cocoa so far. will make cold tea this summer. We like how the machine works, how quickly each person has thier own drink. The preheat cycle is noisy, I don't know if this is common or not. The only thing I would like that has not yet been offered is a more varied drink choice beyond coffee and tea. I will keep an eye out for others to be added and will try them.
