My husband and I use our Keurig everyday! We love that I can make a cup of decaf and he can make a cup of regular within minutes. I love that it is ready to go when I wake up in the morning. I don't have to even wait for it to preheat. We've only had a couple small issues with our brewer since we've had it. It wasn't brewing and I called customer service and they ended up helping me unclog the needles. Easy fix! The only other issue we've had is that the hot water setting doesn't always seem to brew 6oz. It is an on and off issue and a little annoying. Other than a few small problems, we love our Keurig and would never go back to a conventional coffee maker. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I use my coffee maker every day. This model was a huge disappointment to me. I returned it for a full refund and now use my original Keurig machine that works reliably.

Cons: Limited Cup Sizes, Doesnt Use All Kcups, Stops Up Easily, Complicated Controls, Limited Features, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Coffee isnt hot enough

This is by far the best coffeemaker I've owned. Everyone who uses it has the ability to drink what they want, how they want, when they want! It's very easy to set up and looks a million times better than the previous models! To be honest I was a little skeptical about buying this 2.0 because of some negative reviews regarding the after market reusable K-Cup but I bit the bullet and bought it anyways and nothing has changed for me. The price of the new K-Cups did not go up and I am always happy with the options I have when buying my coffee regardless of the brand. Very happy with this purchase. No suggestions for improvement. Elegant design and great coffee (and hot chocolate for the grand-kids!). Very quickly prepares coffee which is a huge plus when late in the morning!

Awful, DRM won't brew 1/3 of the free sample pods that came with the brewer. It leaked after 2 weeks, coffee is cold, have to hold the button for hot water, Very disappointed.
