Really Like This System

I am a tea drinker, I seldom drink coffee, but when I have guests, it is great to offer that option without having to keep coffee fresh, filters, a separate pot, etc. I like this system because the water reservoir holds 80-ounces, I don't have to refill so often. I don't like that I have to hold down the button for hot water (if I choose to use tea bags rather than a K-cup), and am limited to 6-ounces at a time, but that is really my only complaint, other than that, I love it!
Pros: Larger water reservoir
Cons: Hot Water Service

It so great to finally be able to make a full pot for when we have company visiting! Because this machine runs on K-cups there is a much larger variety of choices than we had with our old Vue machine and you can find them anywhere! I wish you could adjust the brew temperature. I like mine really hot! And I wish the carafe that came with it was thermal, the coffee doesn't stay hot long in the included carafe. I am very pleased with the performance so far, I brew 2-3 cups for day and carafe on the weekends. The instructions for installing the filter were poor and difficult to understand.

Great for a busy family!

We really like our new coffee maker. The design is stylish and matches our newly remodeled kitchen. As a busy mom, I need more than 1 cup in the morning and the coffee maker has the capacity to brew more than one at a time. The only complaint is that I have to reset the display clock every morning. I'm not sure why, but I will learn to live with it, LOL. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

My husband and I received the keurig 2.0 for Christmas from my parents. It takes little time to Brew as it's already heated up it takes so little time to make a cup! I had troubles the first week with it because I didn't know that leaving the k cup in the brewer can cause the needle to get clogged. I called keurig and they instantly helped me and sent me a free box for my troubles! I am never going to look back to a normal coffee maker again! Great product, I would recommend to anyone!

My husband likes coffee house blend coffee and I like vanilla coffee and/or flavored coffee. I love that my husband and I can drink the coffee that we each like without making a full pot of either.
