Great Machine but not like the old ones.

Despite not able to use old K-cups, I still love the machine. I wished that it had a my cup like the old machines but I love the clear sight of the buttons on the machine. Still a great machine.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use, Stylish, Multiple Settings, Large Pot, Durable
Cons: Limited Features

I use to own a Tassimo brewer years ago and it was nothing but problems. I told myself I would never buy another single type brewer, my husband gave this to me as a gift, I was very skeptical, but have been using it daily for about 6 months now and I LOVE it. It also has saved me many dollars by not going to Starbucks. Thank you for a great product.

I have used a Coffee pot since college, and I was so tired of drinking coffee grounds and collapsing filters. We got this for a wedding gift, and it is BY FAR the best machine EVER! We use it twice a day (each!) and have had no troubles. We get a variety when we want it, and can't imagine going back to the old ways of making coffee. Only suggestion, do a hot water dispense in-between brews so you don't grounds in your cup!

Cons: Can Get Plugged, No Automatic Hot Water

I use this pot every morning upon getting out of bed and many times thru the day when I have the urge for a cup of coffee, hot cocoa, or iced tea! Love the versatility and the stylish appearance now! A definite addition to my kitchen! Also, thank you Keurig, for the free packs with this review!!

This coffee maker is great! I love the convenience and the fact each cup tastes the same (unless I adjust it myself per cup). My 8 yr old loves his cocoa and now he can have it quickly and w/the right amount of water. I can have a small cup, large cup or right in the middle. I can make it stronger if I need that extra flavor from a weaker coffee. I really enjoy my Keurig. The only thing that bites me is being told I cannot use just ANY kind of cups in my brewer. I would choose the K cups most of the time anyway, but I don't like the fact that someone tells me I HAVE to. The other thing is, I sometimes have specialty coffee and I don't like that this model doesn't have a "brew your own" cup. But, I do love the maker so I will deal w/it and hope that Keurig changes their minds.
Pros: Hot coffee, Stylish, Multiple Settings
Cons: Not Intuitive, Doesn't Keep Time

My 550 makes great tea.

I use the product several times a day to make tea mostly. I wish it had a 14 once setting as I usually make a 10 once and then a 4 once to top off my cups. The touch screen can be unresponsive making you sort of poke it to death to do something. Other than that, I can't say I have any issues with it. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review
