Since making our purchase we have used the K550 with out issue and it makes our coffee fresh and taste like coffee should. It was affordable for how much coffee we drink and does meet all the pros of what we are looking for in a coffee brewer / coffee pot maker. Thank you for making it worth the buy.

I have been drinking coffee and my wife has been drinking tea for 40 years and we both love the ease of using our keurig and there is no worry about transference of taste from one type brew to the next. My wife and i agree this has been the best purchase of an appliance we ever bought.

I use my Keurig 2.0 everyday! I love that it provides hot water on tap for oatmeal and other uses. Don't let the 10oz largest cup size fool you. You can use one K-cup to make larger travel mug size cups. The coffee is plenty strong enough and you can always select the "strong" brew options. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

filling with water could be easier, and adding 12 oz. and 14 oz. settings to dispense would be great I like my coffee strong but my wife doesn't so for her a setting of 14 oz. would be the perfect choice in stead of the 10 that is on ours. that is our only complaints with the unit.
