Eneryday cutting top so the other K Cups which I thought would fit...Don't Coffee is not hoe enough My decanter is plastic which does not stay hot. I was so happy with my other smaller Keurig that's why I felt this item would be great! I this close in taking back hoping I can come up with a solution!

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Can't Believe It Can't He, Great For Ice Coffee

I miss my original Keurig

I drink several cups everyday, I had an original kuerig that was a xmas gift several year ago and I loved it. This 2.0 version forces you to use the 2.0 compatible coffee k cups. You cannot use the reusable filter cup in this unit, or generic or older k -cups. they put a sensor on the unit to detect it has a 2.0 k-cup. so if you grind your own coffee you cant use it. Although you can hack it. cut the top foil off a used 2.0 k-cup and place it on the top of your filter cup or non-compat k-cup and it will work. I gave away my original kuerig, I want it back...
Pros: Brews quickly
Cons: Complicated Controls

I love this machine. I use it everyday at home for myself, but when I have people over I love that I can have a large variety of coffees/teas/drinks to offer and can even brew a large pot for everyone. The 5-pack samples are great to try new varieties. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Love at First Brew!!!!

I drink coffee every day . Some people say that I drink too much coffee..... I enjoy my coffee. I have had two other Keurig brewers in the past and I decided to try a 2.0 . It brews quickly and the aroma fills the house. I enjoy the fact that I can brew either a Carafe , a travel mug or a single cup of whatever I desire at the time.. The variety of coffee is unending . I hope that at some time, Keurig develops the same personel K-cup idea that they had for the other brewers in the line up. This way if there is a coffee that is not in the line up I can brew that particular coffe as I did in the past. In the beginning, I had an issue with the 2.0 with the brew neddles getting clogged by the coffee grind. It was aggravating to have to use the paper clip method to unclog the neddles. This issue was resolved recently by Keurig sending me a preventitive maintenance tool. This tool cleans the needles with water using a plunging type method after a few times of brew use. It appears that this tool is the solution to my issue at present time.
Pros: Hot Fresharomatic, Durable, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Hot Fresh Aromatic, Brews quickly, Easy to use
Cons: A Special Pm Tool Sent, I Had Issues In Beginning, This Was Corrected With

Thought I really was going to enjoy this style. Had own the Cuisinart's k cup & loved it would brew up to 12 oz of coffee, so when looking for a new one I went with keuring thought they would have all the bells & whistles

Overall, the machine is stylish, very flexible and easy to use. No significant problems yet although the water pumping/dispensing action leads to my immediate concern about its reliability in the future.
