I am quite impressed with the capabilities of this machine. One big concern is the limitation of the hot water.
Pros: Large Pot, Very Classy, Stylish, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Very Sophisticated And, Durable, Brews quickly
Cons: Only 6 Oz For Hot Water, Only 6oz For Hot Water, Limited Features

My husband and I had enjoyed our keurig machine for a couple of years. On Sundays we get together with our children and their families for Sunday dinner. Four of the adults drink coffee so it seemed endless in the amount of time it took to serve everyone. Finally we drug out our old drip coffeemaker but it did not come close to the taste of our keurig. We were so happy when the keurig came out with the 2.0. Now before dinner is over we brew a carafe in the thermal carafe, set it aside and then brew a carafe in the included carafe. Wow everyone gets coffee immediately, so they can enjoy it with their dessert instead of 10 minutes later. We couldn't be happier and of course receiving two free boxes of k cups for writing the truth is not so bad either. This machine is great, so is your telephone help people.

I have purchased this machine for My husband birthday. We both drink Dark Roast Every morning and We could not be happier with our purchase. We save so much time in the morning and it is quick, simple, easy, convenient and it taste great. Our life has been better due to this machine in the morning. The only improvement that I wish It could have it the Hot water option. If we could get clean hot water without filter, it would be great for making Tea as well. But for everyday coffee, we love our machine.

I received this as a gift from my mom. I love how easy it is to use, how you can customize your machine with different colors and backgrounds on the touch screen, and how fast it brews my coffee. Overall, I love this machine. The only huge con for me is the fact that the 2.0 systems don't allow you to use the reusable kcups where you could put in your own coffee grounds. I hate how wasteful I feel when i throw out the individual kcups each time.

I'm still waiting for the plastic taste to subside. I'm on my 15+ cup and still has some plastic flavor. The last Keurig seemed to have subsided much more quickly. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
