I love the K550. I bought my Kuerig 2.0 from QVC on a Today's Special Value! I love Kuerig and QVC equally! I'm so glad the are affiliated! The quality of Kuerig is unrivaled! Can't get enough of the carafè function!!! Thanks, Kuerig, for the free packs for this review.

I use the Keurig several times a day and evening whether making a cup of coffee or a pot of tea. Really like the steel carafe - seems to keep the coffee warm longer than the standard carafe. The carafe option is great when entertaining! "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

This is my first Keurig. after years of observing them, I recieved this as a Christmas gift. I love the fact I can make each cup as I go instead of brewing a whole pot and letting it waste. I like a weaker coffee so I would like a feature where you could make it weaker like the Strong feature on it but that's my preference . The only real con is not being able to use generic coffee with the new 2.0 * thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review*

Brews quickly and easily. The coffee in the carafe cools off rather quickly and could be a bit larger and make a bit more coffee. Other than that we love it for single cup use! Thank you Keurig for the free coffee for writing this review...but, I would have done it anyway.

Wonderful upgrade for Keurig, I say Bravo a Fantastic job! All the right improvements in a simply SUPER package, looks great on my counter and the coffee always tastes super. Day or night whatever time of day-- it is always ready. Honestly, no complants at this point- just enjoying how super this fabulous coffee maker is and how much ease it has brought into my life. I have also been making some of the teas, which I totally enjoy. So Thank- You for such a Wonderful coffee machine and always improving - we're all noticicing- GOOD JOB!!!!

Love my Keurig 2.0 ! It works out great for my husband and I because he likes his coffee totally different than I do. I didn't have an issue with it not taking older cups because they replaced the ones that wouldn't work. The instructions on how to get them replaced came in the box. Also love that I can make carafe's when I have company over. I read some reviews that said that it was cheaply made. Not so, it is very well made and is attractive on my counter top. Water reservoir is easier to attach then my old one and it is really easy to set the size cup you want with the touch screen.
