Great brewer. Love the 80 oz water reservoir. Love the multiple settings and that it uses both Kcups and vue packs. We use it everyday. Love the auto-on and energy saving features. One problem is that it is a bit loud when heating and finishing a cup of brewing. But other than that, it's great!!! Thank, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I dont like the way the reservoir, when full goes on the brewer, spills easily, although I do love that I dont have to fill it as often. It needs another brew size, 12 oz, thats what most of my cups are. The coffee when brewed has a great coffee taste , I do think the kcups should be recyclable. Overall I love it and would buy it again!! The carafe is nice but you cant get a full 3 cups from it unless you drink 6 oz. I mostly use mine for myself so the carafe thing isnt a big deal.

I love how easy it is to use. Press to heat water while you pick the k cup to use the water is heated and ready to brew.

The 2.0 works well with myself and husband. I like that I can brew different flavored coffee with each cup. Where my husband just likes plain coffee. We couldn't do that with a regular coffee machine. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

Second machine. Upgraded from bottom of the line first gen keurig. Now to a 550. Best most consistent coffee machine available. Spoke with customer care once and they were very helpful and talked me threw the cleaning cycle. Not just a review for the coffee coupon but I will add that to the bottom. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review." I would still scream your name from the rooftops without.
