It's a wonderful machine...but

My husband and I like our 2.0 coffeemaker but we like our K75 better. 2.0 was definitely a step backward for Keurig. We LOVE our K75. With the 2.0 we need to brew a cup at 8 oz. and then lift the handle and brew again at 4 oz. to get a 12 oz. cup of coffee. That's inconvenient. However, what the maker brews is really, really good coffee. While we know we are paying more per cup, we also aren't tossing cold coffee down the drain because we didn't finish the pot. In our opinion, including a brewing carafe with the 2.0 was a waste of money both for Keurig and for us. We drink coffee one cup at a time. We want it fresh and we want it hot out of the maker, not sitting in a carafe getting cold. Thanks, Keurig for the gift of coffee packs for this review.

This really is a phenomenal brewer, and I couldn't be happier. We are long time Keurig customers, but the option of the carafe is the answer to the only issue we ever had...making coffee for company in a hurry! Problem solved Keurig...well done!

I have been a Keurig owner staring with the original Keurig. After two years, I upgraded to a newer model with more features and pass the original to my daughter. She used this for years, untill got the Keurig v2.0. Keurig, then she inherited our old one again. She loves hers and we absolutely love the v2.0. Keurig's Best Brewer Yet

This is my 3rd and favorite Keurig brewer. My wife and I purchased it as our Christmas gift to each other, and have not been disappointed. We decided to upgrade to the 2.0 after using our Vue brewer for two years, because the Vue packs had been discontinued my most of our local retailers. The 2.0 incorporates the best technologies of the Vue brewer, such as adjustable brew strength and size, while adding new features. We love the carafe option as well as the simplicity of the new color display. I do miss the12 oz. cup size from the Vue, and the hotter brewing temperature, but these are minor inconveniences. And while the 2.0 will dispense instant hot water, limiting that feature to a 6 oz cup seems silly. No, this brewer will not accept "K-Cups" from other coffee vendors, but with the variety and quality offered in genuine K-Cups from Keurig, this seems to me to be a non-issue. This limitation DOES protect the integrity of Keurig AND MY BREWER by assuring my complete satisfaction with every cup or caraffe that I brew. The feature set, and tremendous variety of Keurig branded products means that while my wife and I are diametrically opposed in our coffee tastes, Keurig is the single brand that can satisfy both us, all the time. If keurig continues to innovate, I am a customer for life! Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
