Dissapointed upgrade

I upgraded and I have to say I was dissapointed. My main reasoning for upgrading was wanting a larger cup size. My previous Keurig only had 3 sizes. My parents had about 4, with one that was larger than mine. Maybe 14 oz. so when we got this one I was expecting that but only got 10 ounces!! My 16 oz to go cup won't even fit under it. Also, this only takes Keurig brand k cups so no more my K cups. This might be common knowledge now but at the time we bought it we had no idea. Other than that, I do like being able to make a carafe. Even if it doesn't make a lot. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

This is s very easy to use machine, brews very fast and it has a pretty large reservoir so I don't have to constantly refill it. Very stylish and slim enough to fit on my countertop. I love it. Thanks keurig for the free packs for this review"

I really do like using this machine. I just wish the hot water was more thab 6oz at a time but pressing the button more than once is not that big of deal. Also very easy for my kids to use when I let them have hot chocolate. They can operate it all by them selves with out having to make a mess mixing a packet into hot water. We use it to make tea a lot and I drink coffee while working late at night. Since I am alone I dont like to make to much at a time.
