Exactly what I wanted

I've been using my Keurig since Christmas 2014, and I love it. I appreciate most its ease of use, it brews quickly and doesn't need any real clean up except to toss the used k-cups in the trash. I use it every day, morning and evening, along with my wife and children. So we brew on average about 20 cups a week easy. The only thing that might bother some people is that the amount of water dispensed is not consistent. I usually set it for 10 oz. sometimes it will brew a little less and sometimes it will brew a little more. It really isn't a whole lot of difference, but it is noticeable. For me the amount is nothing to stress over.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Stylish, Brews quickly

The whole family uses this machine with ease! Daughters love the hot water option. Husband loves the multiple cup choice. Son loves the hot cocoa feature. I love the large pot that I can brew on the weekend when company comes over. I love the way you can change the color of the water reservoir.

Love our keurig

We use our keurig everyday... I love that we can set a sleep timer and a timer to wake it up in the morning. It only takes a few seconds to heat up and a few seconds to brew so even when we are running late we still get use out of it. We save $ everyday by not running to the local coffee shops. We can drink 4 coffees for the price of one.

I love that in the mornings I can brew a cup & go! Only downside is that since we use it so often we needed to descale more often. We got a water filter to help with that. :)

Love the STRONG brew option

My husband really likes the strong brew cup option on this 550, but wish it were also available for carafe use. Brews slower than platinum 70 (?) we had before and drips more at end of cycle, especially with carafe. It also only dispenses 7 oz instead of 8 oz., and would like 12 oz size avail for coffee, and more than 6oz for water

My husband is the big coffie drinker, also my family. The water resivor stays filled much longer. When I have my drink from my Keurig I have noticed my drink is very hot which we have all noticed.
