This is much more than a coffee maker! I'm not a coffee drinker, but I love it for hot apple cider, hot chocolate and hot and cold teas. I've always wanted one but never bought it because I didn't drink coffee. I wish I would have bought it sooner! My roommate is an avid coffee drinker and quit using the coffee pot when I bought this one. The drinks are better than Most coffee places and cheaper as well. It is very fast in brewing even the large pot. I have used it multiple times even in the same day. I can't say anything negative about it, except be careful when buying Kcups, there are some out there still that will not work in it. I would definitely purchase another one in the future if I ever have to. The machine seems to be very well made and high quality.

Cons: Need To Brew Bigger Cups

Love the 2.0 system. I only gave 4 out of 5 because of the DRM on kcups and the hot water has 6oz not 8oz and I have to hold the button down. I use this everyday and just love the extra features. Thanks keurig for the free packs for this review.

Works well, but some drawbacks

Love the Keurig products so I got the new 2.0 Keurig and only then discovered my old pods and off-brand pods wouldn't work in it. Like the large capacity water tank and the choice of lighting and display. Like that you can brew a larger pot, though the coffee doesn't stay too hot in the pot that came with it. The thermal stainless steel one works better. Don't like that you can't set the size and have it stay that size, and can't change the coffee temperature. Not bad, but I liked my old one better. Don't know if I'd recommend it, except that I do like brewing more than one cup at a time when I need it.

Keurig 2.0 K550 Broke after 2 weeks

Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. Brewer stopped working after 2 weeks. The optical reader broke. It could not scan the Keurig Trade Mark, so the brewer would not function. The water heater was way to loud. I returned the Keurig 2.0 K550 and purchased a Keurig K65 Special Edition Brewer. The K65 works perfect, is quiet and easy to use. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. Thanks also for the great K65 brewer.
