Love my Brewer

The 1 thing that I don't like is that there isn't a coffee filter so I can use coffee grounds like I could in my older model brewer. Other than that, I love my brewer as it is my second one.
Pros: Stylish, Brews quickly, Large Pot, Easy to use, Multiple Settings, Easy to clean

Ive owned 3 keurigs, this one i was anxious to own due to the carafe. On the weekends i love to have more than one cup of coffee. I do not like the hot water function, its not as easy as the vue. It is a very nice looking machine, i was getting tired of the only black options. The carafes coffee stays hot for at least 2 hours. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

After reading reviews was hesitant about buying. Really do like the pot Easy to use. My only complaint is you have to hold button down for hot water.

I use it every day and I am pleased with the K550. Biggest gripe is that it doesn't brew all K-cups - EVEN SOME THAT HAVE THE KEURIG LOGO ON THEM! Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Heartily disappointed in this product!

I upgraded from my Vue machine so I could get more variety in teas and still use my vue paks for coffee. Imagine my dissapointment when the teas selection virtually disppeared and only a few of the vue paks even work with this machine. I don't need 14 varieties of green tea, I wanted the old selection of herbals, very disappointing.
Pros: Easy to use, Easy to clean, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings
Cons: Slow To Add Vue Paks, Limited Features, Not Enough Tea, Loud
