I enjoy it but Keurig missed the mark.

I do enjoy my Keurig 2.0 but with the so called improvement it now only dispenses 6 oz of hot water and you have to hold the bottom the whole time. As soon as you take you finger off, it stops dispensing even if only a few drops of water has been dispensed. Then the machine has to reset itself. Yes there are bigger problems in the world but it is a disappointing so called feature. I "do thank Keurig for the free paks for this review." The carafe feature is nice, the carafe provided is only plastic with no thermal capacity. However, the pods are easy to recycle. I will buy a Keurig again when the time comes but will remember that so called improvements might not be an improvement at all.

Cons: Not Enough Carafe Choices, Only Brews 6 Oz Of Water

WE use this product everyday, multiple times. Had one problem with something plugging up on the water intake, but after googleing the problem, found an easy fix and ere back up and running. Very pleased with product and have already recommended it to several friends.

Issue with water flow

This is the second 2.0 brewer I've owned that does not brew the correct amount chosen. I chose 4-5 cups and it only brews enough for maybe 1 cup. I have to open the k-cup area, reclose, and brew again. I need to do this a couple times to get a full carafe.
Pros: Brews quickly, Easy to use, I Love The Convenience
Cons: Does not brew correctly

I got my Keurig 2.0 550 as a Christmas present. I have wanted a Keurig for years and was super excited when I finally got one from the husband. I already knew I would love it after getting the opinions of friends and family members who owned on. What was surprising to me was how well it went over with my husband and two children! They love it as much as I do. I have created quite a few coffeehouse beverages at home that I would normally spend 5 bucks a pop on outside of the house, which is a plus in my husband's eeyes. The kids love having tea, hot apple cider, and hot cocoa in less than a minute. I really enjoy the fact that there is a huge variety of k cups and always look forward to trying something new. The Keurig 2.0 looks very fancy, but couldn't be more easy to use. If I had to choose a con, it would be that the portions seem smaller than the bew size that is stated, but that could just be me. Other than that, I am a very satisfied customer.

Love the Keurig, and the ability to make a pot versus individual cups. I wish I could update the default brew size to 10 oz though.

We usse this brewer multiple times a day. The different breew sizes are a great feature. The only drawback at the moment is the carafe size coffee selection is still very limited.

Really nice system

My wife and I received this for a Christmas present. I was not considering a Keurig system before we received this gift, so I was a little apprehensive about keeping it. The system takes up little more space than my previous 12-cup coffee maker. So, counter space was not an issue and we have a small kitchen counter. It is very easy to use right out of the box. Takes a few minutes to set up and you're pretty much making coffee right away. Takes maybe a minute to heat up the water to start brewing. I am not a big fan of the carafe, but, it is nice to have the option to brew multiple cups instead of individual ones. All in all, I am happy we got this as a present and we will continue to use it. I am just not certain I would have purchased this product given the cost of the individual K-Cups. We kept our 12-cup coffee maker if we need to make larger amounts of coffee for when guests or family is over. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
