Excellent Brewer!!

This is a great brewer and looks good as well. I bought the higher model for the bigger water reservoir. I have owned two previous models in the past and this one beats them both. The only drawback to this model is it does not make a 12 oz cup on a normal k-cup but that is probably for two reasons. One it is a weaker cup of coffee and two now that you have the option of a Carafe pot, you can make that, have a cup or two and then put the rest in your to-go cup. Other then that it works just like it is suppose to. FYI if you purchase any of the new models and after a little bit of time, if the unit does not seem to be pumping, check the needle in the top of the brewer because sometimes it gets clogged and needs to be cleaned out with a tooth pick. You will save yourself a lot of headache in thinking there is something wrong with your brewer. Good Luck, and happy drinking!

If it ain't broke don't fix it! I'm not sure what the reasoning was behind doing away with the ability of being able to use your own ground coffee, but it was certainly the worst idea Keurig could have come up with. I was waiting on my shipment of K-cups from Keurig & ran out of K-cups at home because the shipment was running late due to weather. So basically I couldn't have coffee because Keurig decides to trap it's customer's into buying only Keurig K-cups. I should be allowed to have the option like before to switch up whenever I choose to. I regret giving away my other Keurig brewer! Signed, A Non-Satisfied Loyal Keurig Customer

Use of this product is everyday. I like the fact you can make a carafe also. The large water reservoir is convenient when having company. I can't think of anything that is not great about this machine. And thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I love my new Keurig 2.0! It is so much quieter than my original Keurig and I love the cool new features of changing the display and water colors. I couldn't believe it when Keurig replaced my old K-cups with the newer ones that would work in my new Keurig 2.0 (free shipping and all)! Now that is what I call customer service! So if you are delaying buying your Keurig 2.0 until you use up your existing cups, no need to wait! I hope they will develop a generic cup that you can also use regular coffee (for both single cups and Carafe size-cups) as this is a nice feature to offer. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review! It is my pleasure to review this product in exchange for free K-cups!

I just started drink coffee and after reading hundreds of reviews on this Keurig K550 I decided to purchase one. The Keurig K550 is my first coffee maker and it is an outstanding purchased! The Keurig K550 is truly a great product well thought out and designed. I love the convenience of the K-cup and K- carafe. The setup was flawlessly easy, you turn it on and it gives you step by step instructions without having to even pick up a manual. The K-Carafe option is great and the coffee tastes flavorful, not watered down! Keurig gets used 8 to 10 times a day for my family of 3 for the past three months. I now have both of my siblings using the Keurig. I could literally brag about this thing for hours, it was worth every penny. The entire package is well the worth the money. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review
