I got this for a gift and really like it. I like the various brewing options and it is very modern looking. I did have to trouble shoot it after only about a month because it stopped brewing. It needed a deep clean and a paper clip in the drippers did the trick.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Large Pot
Cons: Needs Frequent Clean

This is my first Keurig brewer, and I absolutely love it. My biggest complaint is that it makes it too easy to have coffee—so, I drink too much. A few minor critiques: (1) I wish I could brew more than 10 oz. at a time; (2) Why do I have to hold the brew button down to get hot water, and why is it limited to 6 oz at a time; (3) very limited selection of K-Carafe packs; and (4) many of the features can't really be used currently, until Vue packs are transitioned to be compatible with the 2.0 brewers. I saw this brewer at a friend's house and loved the coffee. I have had many keruig Brewers over many years and each one gets a better cup of coffee. I was concerned about the pot and watery coffee and was pleasantly surprised. The hot water for tea is a good plus. Keep improving!
