I love this machine. It brews fast and hot. From Cappucino's and Froth's to Carafe's. It is very convenient to refill the water reservoir with the convenient flip up lid. It brew Vue packs GREAT as well! They nailed this one! Diverse machine for ALL users! Highly recommended!

The 2.0 brought some of the I would like to see fixes from the orginal. The crafe brew is very useful on the weekend when I am at home all day. Being able to change personal settings and display colors lets me set the seasonal atmosphere. I would buy again and recommend it to my friends.

I Really wish it would use All keurig pods cause I've bought many boxes with the keurig logo and have wasted my money. I Love the hot water but wish it was set up like older models and you could just set the oz and not have to hold button the whole time.. I have a sister who returned hers because of these two same things. I Do think you would have the Perfect Machine if these two things were updated... Also mine has clogged up a few times. Im glad I kept mine but I would be much more appt to tell more people to buy if these things were updated.Thanks for listening...

I use this brewer daily and it's very easy to use. There is a setting to make it stronger if needed, and 8 or 10 oz. This is my first Keurig and I love it!

I bought this machine because I work at home and wanted the convenience of making one or more cups at a time. Disappointed that the carafe was not thermal--and the coffee got cold soon after brewing. Also miss the personal K-cup feature. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review!

I love my brewer, it is ready for me when I get up in the morning, hit the button and get a good cup of coffee. I love the water reserve on the side. Doesn't always fill the cup to the level I would like but I just get another cup. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review! Awesome!!
