Great coffee maker! Would like to see the hot water dispenser controlled as the oz. on the coffee settings. Hard to control when you only want a small amount of hot water. The Keurig coffee maker is slightly bulky and want fit under cabinet. Must be pulled out to brew .Little more streamline would solve that problem. EXCELLENT customer service in replacing old K cups. FANTASTIC C. S.!!!!!!! THANKS.

I use the coffee maker every day. It makes the same tasy coffee with each & every cup. The new version has a charcoal filter that assists in keeping the cofee tasty. I love this coffee maker & could not live without it. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review."

While I LOVE my Keurig 2.0 most of the time, there are a few things I'd like to see improved: 1. Provide and ounces setting for hot water dispensing (it's a pain to hold the button down for "up to 6 ounces" when I'm using a big mug. 2. Maybe a different flow/pressure to minimize the splashing 3. "Keurig" K-cups... really? Was it really so bad to be able to use RealCup or the other brands? Either expand the flavors available (i.e. Marley Coffee) or let folks use other cups/pods. All in all, I love my Keurig 2.0... with just a couple tweaks (and giving consumers the ability to choose their coffee) the future is bright! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Love using my Keurig on weekends when I need a little more than a cup, but still can make a quick cup when I'm in a hurry. Also, really like the hot water feature, but wish that it would give more water (12 oz cup size would be nice). The " Strong" coffee feature is a nice added feature. Easy to use!

Received this for Christmas. Love the ability to brew a different cup of coffee each time. Pretty much like everything about this machine, except wish the carafe was the thermal one, the carafe that came with my Keurig is cheap and flimsy. Also, wish the original Keurig K-Cups were compatible for this machine. Very greedy on Green Mountain to limit the availability of K-Cups for this machine.

I am unable to find the larger coffee containers to make a pot of coffee, so that is not being used (my favorite part). When I try to figure out which brands sell the "right" coffee container, it is very frustrating. I would not have bought 2.0 if I knew it was so proprietary.
