I wasn't sure I would get alot of use out of my Keurig, was I wrong!! We start our drive into work with an iced coffee and end my day with a tea or cocoa. I only wish that I could have more options than 6oz for the plain hot water. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Love that my entire family can make whatever drink they want, from coffee, to cocoa to ice tea. I like the color selection, especially the red. Love the ice tea carafe. Wish there were more cup sizes to choose from, like 12 oz and 16 oz. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

I was not sure when I got it home as I am not a coffee drinker but I do love my Ice Tea and Hot Coco. My Keurig makes my tea the way I like it and my husband is sold on the Hot Coco. He has a mug every night. I am very happy with my purchase.

I like the convenience of brewing my coffee differently than my husband, but also brewing a pot when needed. However, I don't like the limited amount of hot water that can be dispensed at a time (6oz) or not being able to override the maximum volume of water allowed for a K-cup. I end up opening and closing the machine and reusing the cup to get the volume I need, but it would be better if I could just set it for 12 oz or 14 oz and have the machine do it for me. I would only recommend a future version of this product assuming these deficiences are fixed.
