We love our 2.0 550. The kids use the hot water feature to make hot cocoa. I love the variety of non coffee beverages. My husband, the coffee drinker is enjoying trying all the different varieties.

Gourmet coffee at home

I've been a keurig fan for year and very pleased with my 2.0 550. Love how fast my coffee is brewed and that I can change flavors without effecting my husbands cup as well. I have no problems with my brewer. This has replaced me going to starbucks and spending more money for one cup. Thank you! And thank you kduring for my two free boxes of coffee.

It is so nice to be able to brew a fresh hot cup of coffee in just a few seconds. It comes out hot and stays hot for a while perfect brew tempura. So convenient to have around and a great selection of coffee available to chose from. It does not get better than this.

Wish I could make a larger mug of coffee...only brew 10 ounces. Would like to have temperature control. I like it hot! Wish it would accept Tim Hortons K cups.

I love my coffee and Keurig has been a part of my coffee for a long time. I wish it would make coffee a little hotter (adjustable). Vue cups are still not available for the 2.0 like they were supposed to be. Can't use all brands of coffee but it clearly states that in product features. Otherwise great product. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review and not trying to persuade me one way or the other.

Fast brewing time. Having to brew twice to get over 10 oz cup of coffee is a pain would like to be able to program to brew 12 or 14 cup of coffee. Like the idea of being able to change the color of the night light, attractive coffee maker.

We love our Keurig & the coffee. I'd only change a couple things. 1- the price of the pods 2-the ability to recycle the pods 3- the size of the carafe, we only get 2/3 mugs from it.
