On My Second 2.0...

This is my second Keuring 2.0. I bought one almost a year ago, but didn't start using it until last April. Using the filters and filtered water, it would display "time to descale" almost every other week. I used extra-strength cleaning vinegar and still got the same message. Finally got a replacement machine. I miss the Keurig Platinum 75. Worked for 4 years without any problems. I always thought the saying was "improves with age". Not so with Keurig...their machines get worse. If I have the same lousy luck with the replacement machine, I'll go back to a nice percolator.
Pros: Nice Display
Cons: Constant De-scale, Slow

This was a replacement for my old Keurig brewer. It works great and even though my old pods would not work in it, Keurig replaced all my old pods with new ones. I use my old pods at work in another machine and have given some away to people that have a older model Keurig. I have had no issues at all with this machine.
Pros: Simple to Use, Works Like A Charm

I have had to call customer support numerous times, the solutions they provide work while they are on the phone then goes back to acting up. If the warranty wasn't expired I would send it back. Warning do not buy.

In the beginning the 550 model I had worked fine with the K-Cups that came with it but would not work with all other 2.0 K-Cups that are available and would end up with coffee grounds in my cup. We had a different model at work and it used all K-cups available and this is the reason for my purchase. I have since returned my coffee maker.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Coffee Grounds In Cup, Loud, Random Brew Times, Does Not Use All 20 Kcup

I shouldn't have upgraded

I bought one of these in December 2014 to replace my B70, which I loved. Not even a month later, the pump quit working. I called Keurig and they sent me a replacement. My one year limited warranty expired one month ago and guess what...my brewer has stopped working again. I shouldn't have upgraded. I will be going back to auto-drip.

We use the brewer several times each day and it performs flawlessly. It's a bit loud while brewing but the quality of the coffee it brews makes it worth it. We got off to a bit of a rocky start with our first brewer's electronics but the replacement brewer has been fine so.far. Customer Service has been outstanding.

After reading reviews I was skeptical about ordering this brewer. We've had it for a week and have had absolutely no issues as other reviews stated. The coffee brews quickly and I'm not sure why people say they can't brew 12 ounces because you clearly can. We brew 12oz then open and shut the lid and brew another 4oz on the same iPod to fill our 16oz mugs. It's a little noisier than our last model but nothing to really complain about. We love it!
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly, Large Pot, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Durable, Easy to clean
Cons: Slightly Noisy
