differently like the carafe do to having more coffee did notice coffee gets colder quick in the carafe

I love this brewer, it does everything that I need. I do wish that it would accept reusable/refillable cups but maybe time will be able to remedy this issue.

A thermal pot should have been included. Coffee doesn't stay warm long enough. Dislike the limited hot water selection. Should be able to choose size same as for brewing coffee.
