Love it, although it has some quirks.

We use our Keurig daily and before this machine we had the Platinum Brewer, which we loved as well. Our one issue with this machine is that we will turn it on, walk away to get coffee cups and it will turn itself off during that time. We have never figured out what, maybe we don't hit the power on button just right, or something, Other than that, this machine seems to heat up faster than our previous brewer, we love that we can make one cup or 5 cups all at once with this new machine, great for when friends come for coffee. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Best Christmas present

I am a huge Keurig fanatic. I got my first Keurig coffee pot for Christmas of 2012. Then last year I recieved a free Keurig Rivo through House Party. I drink coffee everyday and pretty much all day. I will drink regular coffee, cold coffee, expresso, lattes, and more. When I seen the new 2.0 came out I knew I had to have it. Even though my machine still worked great and I have never had a problem, I had to have the carafe feature! A carafe of coffee would be so convenient for me. So I got one for Christmas and I am in love. I love the touch screen, I love that you can change the colors of lighting, and I love the fact this machine has a strong selection as well as multiple ounce sizes to choose from. And of course the carafe was all I had anticipated! The only con I can even say about the machine (which really is not a huge con for me but may be for some) is that you can not use a non-keurig stamped coffee pod. So do not think you are going to buy a store brand coffee pod, because if the keurig logo is not on it, it will not work! I did make that mistake when my regular brand was out of stock on the shelf. But then again, Keurig does give some great online ordering perks :)

When my regular coffee maker broke, I decided to get a Keurig and I absolutely love it. I loved it so much that I bought a 2nd machine to have at my office also instead of buying the overpriced coffee from our all day cafe. I make a cup of coffee every morning and drink it on drive into work. So many different flavors and brands to try from. I have been trying out different kinds and picking my favorites. Then once I get to work, I usually drink another cup. Then after lunch I usually drink a cup of Decaf. It does take some experimenting to get the right settings for each different K Cup. I like mine dark, so I love using the "STRONG" option. The only thing I do not like about it, is that I can't use it MORE...but I need to control my caffiene intake so I have to limit myself!!! Buy one, you will get hooked and love it! Kuerig is a great company and sends me coupons all the time. Thanks, Keurig for the free packs for this review.

Only negative was old k-cups did not work but figured out how to make them work. Cut new rim from used new cups and taped onto old cups and works great.

We use our Keurig several times a day and the thing that we love is the timer that turns it on and ready to go in the morning. It does sound like water being pumped while brewing but is is quick. Coffee on demand it don't get much better, thanks Keurg for the free packs for this review.

12oz cup size would be better, unable to use 300 K cups that I purchased before my old machine broke, if I knew they wouldn't work in my new machine I probably wouldn't have purchased a 2.0
