Thanks keurig for the free packs for this review!! I just replaced my 2011 keurig for the new keurig 2.0. It's just as awesome as the old one!! The only bad thing I have to say is not having the travel size brew cup. Thanks for making my morning and afternoon cups of coffee fast and delish!

Upgraded to the 2.0 from the VUE. Love the versatility of being able to use K-cups, VUE cups now 2.0, and carafes. Previously only had the option of using VUE cups. We absolutely love the large water reservior and the fact that it has built in water purification. The night light is awesome and you can change the color from white, red, blue or green. You can also change the background color of the screen display. The system identifies the coffee pod you put in and automatically selects the setting you need. We love it for when the family comes over. We can brew 4 cup a at a time, but unless you get the stainless steel carafe the coffee does get cold if it sits.

I really like my new Keurig, thanks for the free coffee for the review. Easy to brew a great cup of coffee. Only negative is lack of a refillable k-cup for my own blend. Enjoy the coffees available but would like to use my own without needing to hack the machine. I'd give it 4.75 stars except for this one flaw.

My Keurig 2.0 K550 was not as great as I thought it would be, but I do like it. The coffee does not stop dripping right away and I have trouble getting the automatic on and off to work properly. Overall it does a good job. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
