"Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review." Love how easy to brew separate preferences for wife and me, for item, ounces, strength. Love to use for spur of the moment coffee, esp. in the evening. Our first experience with a Keurig and it is really a good one. The non-K cup restriction is a nit for us -- not important. I do wish the water would come out hotter than around 165 degrees though as I found I have to heat up a room temperature mug before putting in the machine which makes this a little less convenient. Shouldn't have to go through gyrations to simply fill a travel mug. When will we have more selections so we can use the expansion capabilities as promised?

Cons: Can't Use Non-k Cups, No Travel Mug Oz Option, 165 Water Not Hot Enough

I do not like the fact that you have to hold down the hot water dispenser button and you only get 6 ounces at one time. I also don't think the carafe keeps the coffee hot.
