Love being able to have a cup of hot tea or coffee anytime. Brews quickly and easily. Have had problems with the clock keeping the correct time. We keep the unit plugged in at all times so I have to check brew times and clock before setting on auto. Otherwise a great machine.!!

Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review, but I would have said this anyway...this is a real step up from my old "Platinum". Brews fast, easy to clean, bigger water reservoir. I was a little upset at not being able to use my leftover K-cups when the old brewer gave out, but Customer Service fixed that for me too! I couldn't be happier.

I waited for Keurig to make coffee maker with auto brew system to have my first cup of coffee when I wake up without waiting. Only complaint I have is that I have to reset clock once in a while to keep correct time.
