Love this machine--I especially like the 80oz water capacity. Like being able to fill less often. Stylish design looks nice on my countertop. Very happy that I bought it.

We use our 2.0 K550 both at home and on the road in the RV. Especially in the motorhome where messing with filters and cleanup of a traditional coffee maker this is a time saver and helps us conserve water. Great job

This is the best thing too come on the market in years!!!! When I have family and friends over, they enjoy themselves even more. They can make the own favorite coffee, specified to their own tastes. Keep the flavors coming!!!

I love my Keurig and would not trade it for any other coffee maker. I had a problem with it being clogged one time when I got it, but customer service helped me with the problem and I was good to go. Haven't had that problem again.

I expected not to like the Keurig but I love it. I am a heavy coffee drinker and love the fact that I can brew a fresh cup of coffee anytime I want. So far I have not found anything that I don't like about it.

Good at what it does, bad at the rest

The brewer is pretty, goes well with modern decor and brews coffee like it should. My two comaints are one minor and one major. Minor complaint is that there is no option to change the brewer temperature. Our old one had this and we had it set to its highest. This one brews hot coffee but not as hot as I would like. This means I have to drink it faster before it cools off. The carafe is an even bigger let down as it's not sealed or insulated enough and carafe coffee gets cold way too fast. My major complaint is the DRM which is well-known by now. Can't brew your own coffee or Kcups that aren't licensed with the infrared printing. I've found a way around it but this is just an attempt to milk more money out of the consumer. I didn't know at the time. If I had I would have returned it or never bought it in the first place. Give it temp options and DRM-free brewing and you would get five stars. (Seriously, have you learned nothing from game companies, music and movies that DRM is a really bad idea?) Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
