Everything is great about this Keurig 2.0 K560! Except one thing: The Oops factor. I had a box of the Original Donut Shop (medium roast coffee Extra Bold. I placed the k-cup in the machine but I got the Oops error. I tried it 3 more time before I threw out the box. What a waste. Over all the machine is fabulous!

I use the machine everyday. I love it. It brews fast and hot. It is very easy to refill the water basket with flip up lid in the font. The controls couldn't be easier with the one touch buttons for different size selections form Cappucino's and Froth to Carafe's. The Vue packs work GREAT in the system as well on the number 2 setting up to 16 oz. I am very pleased and highly recommend to all coffee Aficionado's!
