Some quirks, but overall we love it.

We use our Keurig daily and before this machine we had the Platinum Brewer, which we loved as well. Our one issue with this machine is that we will turn it on, walk away to get coffee cups and it will turn itself off during that time. We have never figured out what, maybe we don't hit the power on button just right, or something, Other than that, this machine seems to heat up faster than our previous brewer, we love that we can make one cup or 5 cups all at once with this new machine, great for when friends come for coffee. I have waited a long time to own a Kruig coffee maker and I am not disappointed in any way. I loved it so much, that we bought one for my step-daughter for Christmas!!! I sure am very satisfied with the product.

People complain about not being able to brew their own coffee, k-cups, etc. Who cares. Keurig has some awesome k-cups and you're paying for convenience. I use it multiple times a day and it is a great brewer. I'm debating on buying one for my family. Also, customer service is excellent. They replaced my old k-cups that wouldn't work on this machine for free! ^^honest opinions, I have to put the disclosure at the bottom to get my free k-cups though... Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Coffee has good flavor, but preferred my limited edition Keurig over this one. Auto features don't consistently work which is frustrating and brew time is long and loud.
