Love the machine. Use it every day, but I would prefer ability to make 12 - 16 ounce cups. Thankfully, I drink my coffee and tea black, so it's hot enough to enjoy. When adding milk, however, it makes it not quite hot enough.

I use the Kuerig everyday. It makes a great and flavorful cup of coffee. I have always owned the standard drip machine and I never had a second thought about owning a kuerig, especially cause I use to drink coffee like water. I have cut my caffeine intake down and the kuerig is the perfect compliment to that, and for the days when I want more then a cup I can use the carafe with ease and still fulfill my needs. The coffee taste like a good cup of coffee is suppose to and the options in flavors are endless. So you don't need to by a pound of coffee and get stuck with it if you don't enjoy the brand or flavor. It's the best investment I have made when it comes to a coffee machine and I'm a proud owner of a Kuerig. The only downside to the machine is it can be a bit noisy when it's preheating and brewing but that's minor in my book. Overall, not disappointed and happy with my purchase.

We love our Keurig Brewer, it is so convenient. There is less waste and you can have a fresh beverage anytime you want one. The carafe is great when you have company or want the option of a pot. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review. This is a great product.

This is a far superior product to the prior Keurig machines. It is easy to use and brews a great cup of coffee. The only draw back is its restriction to brew just Keurig K-Cups. I did like the feature on the old machine of using the special dispenser which you could use your own brand of coffee. This was not clearly described in the materials we read and was not displayed on QVC from whom we purchased the machine. I like the carafe and use this for occasions when more than one person is having coffee.
