Like the product with some suggestions

Overall, I like the product. Suggestions to make it a 5 star: I drink both tea and coffee. I mostly use tea bags not K-cups. It is annoying to have to sit and hold the button for 6 ounces at a time for hot water. For a standard K-cup both carafe and single serve it is great. I understand that only approved K-cups can be used with the machine. This has confused my parents a few times and they have bought the wrong cups. Perhaps more clear packaging would help. Other than that we get great daily use out of the machine. Thank you

Nice improvement over previous models

I have the unit set to turn on a few minutes before I wake up. I enjoy getting a fast "first cup" then use it a few times later in the day. One thing that irks me a bit is the brewing process slows down quite a bit near the end and just drips for 15 seconds or so. "Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review"

I love the convenience of everyone choosing their own coffee flavor. I am unhappy I lost a few flavors I like because of the top not accepting the 2.0 although we figured out how to bypass that, its inconvenient. And the carafe is good if you are going to drink it all at once (for a few people), otherwise will be cold. This the 3rd system I have had. The first leaked, the 2nd had issues and stopped dispensing water. So far we are happy with this one.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Night Light, Stylish, Easy to use, Brews quickly, Many Cup Size Choices, Timers For On And Off
Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Carafe Does Not Keep Warm, Cannot Use Older Pods, Carafe Not Big Enough, Loud, Filter Hard To Install

My wife is the coffee drinker and uses it multiple times a day. I use the hot water feature for instant oatmeal in the mornings and at other times for when a recipe calls for hot water. I have been buying her different K-Cups to try with only a few that weren't to her taste.

We love our brewer, and use it daily! Favorite features: size of cup choice (but I wish it would go to 12 oz and default on the last size brewed), hot water, auto shut off, and the large water reservoir!

On the days I work, I have to get up at 0345 to start at 0500. So being able to preset the night before is awesome. Only downside is the pot seems to start cooling significantly after 30 minutes or so. When I don't feel like waiting for hot tea to brew with a bag, I just pop in a kcup and it's done in about a minute or so. Just waiting for Vue Cups to be compatible. Thanks, keurig, for the free cups for this review.
