We use this product everyday. I had purchased a few different ones before this. I was a little hesitant at first because of some of the comments but I'm glad that I purchased this we haven't had any problems with it at all. I love it to make my ice tea beverages and my fiancée loves it to make her coffee with this Keurig 2.0 550 we love it and have no regrets about the purchase at all.
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to clean, Durable, We Love This It Does Alot, Large Pot, Brews quickly, Easy to use, Stylish

Excellent Brewer - fast and easy to use. Only drawback would be the inability to do Travel Mug sizes (up to 14 -16 oz) like our prior Keurig brewer did.
Pros: Stylish, Easy to use, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings
Cons: Only Goes Up To 10oz Cup

I drink 10-20 cups of coffee a day on the high end. The Keurig 2.0 K550 Brewing System fills most of my needs. I can use it cup-by-cup and not have a pot go stale on me during the day, yet when I have company I can brew a carafe. Just wish I could brew a 12 oz mug without having to use the carafe pods or re-brewing the same 4-10 oz pod more than once. Need a setting to allow for 12-16 oz mug using the regular pods. It would be nice if there was a warmer capability for the carafe since I'm sticking the carafe into the brewer anyway.

Cons: Carafe Pods For 12 Oz, Complicated Controls, Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot

Just got it 2 weeks ago and really love it. Love the ease of use. Could have a large hot water dispense and warm up more quicker but other than that I'm a big fan of my new Keurig...:)
