I love that you can make one cup or a pot. It makes it very convenient and the coffee always comes out wonderful. I also like that you can get hot water, make hot chocolate, cider or tea. This is such a versatile and useful coffee maker.

I love my new Keurig 2.0 550! I had my previous Keurig for 4 years and it was time to purchase a new brewer. I bought one for my home and liked it so much that I bought one for my team at work. I enjoy how fast it is and the larger water tank. My team previously had a Saeco Espresso machine but really enjoys the customization of the Keurig. I received my 2.0 for Christmas, and it is hands down my best gift! It makes having my daily cup of coffee (or 2) SO much easier. The coffee is hot, the flavor varieties are amazing, and even my kids can enjoy hot chocolate! It also looks great on my kitchen counter, as opposed to my previous mini-espresso maker. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

It has it's issues. seems I always have to pre heat before I brew. I also notice a drip even after I brew a single cup that I didn't have on previous machines. But I like to brew a pot on the weekends.

i had a K-cup and replaced it with this one I wish this one had the choice of temp. for coffee like the K-cup has, also the onces are limited at 10 wish it would go to 12 or 14

Use it everyday. Make a 3-4 cup carafe and have one with breakfast and take the other to work. I don't like that some of my old pods do not work anymore. Hope that their will be more options for Carafe coffees.
