Bought 3 2.0 brewers in last year and half last on lasted a week it started with very slow pumping then it would stop with a 1/4 cup last one stopped all to gather I was told it was my water. The brewer is so sophisticated and advanced it don't handle hard water ??????
Pros: Big Water Capacity
Cons: 3 - 20's Stopped Pumping, Loud, They Blamed Water

So my old keurig died and I need a new one. I bought this and hooked it up and was ready for a good cup of coffee but it would not accept my k cup. It gave me a cute little message about only accepting "official" k cups from keurig. Really? Of course I defeated that in about 30 seconds. So now it works but I'm not impressed. It is plasticy. It don't feel as well built as the old unit. No water temp setting. It does have an option for strong coffee which I like but it is not persistent and always defaults back to normal. Reading the other reviews, it's funny how keurig pastes the same form letter response to all the ticked off reviewers. I'm sure it will be right below my review also.
Pros: Sorry Can't Think Of Any
Cons: Even Accept It's Own, Only Accepts Kuerig Coffe, Small Reservoir, No Water Temp Setting, And Sometimes It Won't

Use daily and love the different flavors and being able to make regular or decaf without making a full pot. Wish it had 12oz but only has 4,6,8,10 ozs and we use a bigger mug. so we have to run 2 different cup sizes to fill our cop.
Pros: Like The New System, Larger water reservoir, I Like The Carafe
Cons: Love The Coffee Flavors, Would Like To Have 12 Oz, Only Does 46810 Oz

First I have been a Keurig fan for many years, have probably purchased 10 brewers for home, parents, studio, and motor home. I do not like this new top-of-the-line brewer the 2.0. Making hot water of specialty teas is a time consuming, cannot use other brands of coffee, it refuses their brand some times, and rescaling is expensive and very labor intensive. I liked the old brewers better.

2.0 - not an improvement over prior models

The 2.0 models are a downgrade to previous models. Can't change preset for cup size. Can only dispense hot water under Hot Water mode which which only has two cup sizes, 4 or 6 oz only (too small). Noisey pump. Returning unit today! New products should improve function. This does not.

Cons: No Drip Tray For Lg Cups, Hot Water Max Size-6 Oz, Noisy pump, Can't Change Presets

Noisy! Pump sounds like jackhammer

First Keurig I have owned-- would love to get my money back. Water is tepid warm, sounds like a jackhammer when making coffee and you have to hold down water button for luke warm water. A very expensive piece of junk.

Noisy, constantly reheating, largest cup size is 10 oz instead of 12 oz, resets automatically to 8 oz so constantly have to re-set to 10.
