I like the way the coffee tastes and the temperature is always perfect. The controls being more sophisticated can be a little confusing but I am getting more used to it as I use the features. I like the colors that you can change the screen saver to and the backlight is nice to have a variety of colors too. For the most part easy to use once you get the hang of it and it is not noisy. I love Keurig and own 2 at the moment the 2.0 and a Platinum which I am sorry is no longer being offered.
Pros: Stylish, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly, Easy to clean, Easy to use
Cons: Complicated Controls

Love This Machine!!

I love this machine! It is the best coffee machine I have ever purchased by far. I love the fact that I can brew a "pot" of coffee on the weekends when I want a little more than 1 cup before work in the morning and 1 at night. I bought the stainless steel carafe for myself because it does keep the coffee hot longer than the one that comes with the machine and if you have hard water you should fill it from a filter pitcher, that is what I do, and use the water filter in the machine because then you don't have to descale as often. Overall.....great machine!!!!

bought 6 boxes of 44 count Donut Shop k-cups that said were compatable with Keurig but when you try to use them on the new brewer it says its not compatable with this system but it will work with the older k-cup brewer so least to say we thought were saving money but in the long run it didnt work.This includes hot chocolate k-cups and non keurig branded k-cups.

I've had my Keurig K550 for a few months now and am very pleased with my purchase. Prior to having the 550 I would make an entire pot of coffee each morning, only to dump half of it down the drain simply because my wife and I only have a cup or two each. Now, we can make our desired amount of cups; even changing the flavor up to prevent coffee boredom. One small thing I have noticed, some coffees seems to get hotter than others, but most are adequately hot. Thanks Keurig, for the free packs for this review!!!

Great resevoir

I use the K 2.0 every day. I like that the coffee brews quickly. The best part of the brewer is the large resevoir that requires less refills. I'm disappointed that the brewer only takes the new foil K cups and also doesn't take the Vue cups. I'd like to be able to make larger cups without having to use the caraffe pods. The large resevoir makes up for the other issues.Overall, I'm pleased with the brewer. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

My new Keurig 550

This is our third Keurig. The first one had to be replaced and the second one did not perform well, and we had many problems with it. But we wanted to try it one more time. So far we love this one. It drips fast, and the flavor is great. And I love the stronger brew option. So far, so good.
