I adore my 2.0. I am also glad that I opted to buy the K550 because it has all the bells and whistles and I love that I can customize it so much. Not sure why some dont like it. I have had it for months now and havent had a single issue. And I LOVE that I can brew a carafe when I have my girlfriends over. Thanks Keurig For he Free PAcks For the review

I returned the 2.0 and bought your elite model with the 5 sizes of cup. I use the hot water for instant potatoes and other foods. Having to hold it down to even get a cup of tea was ridiculous . I still love and drink K. But was very disappointed in the very hyped 2.0

Cons: Water Button Is A Pain, Having To Hold Down, Limited Features, Long Brew Time

I love my new Keurig 2.0 550. By far the best Keurig purchase I've made. I can now make a full carafe of my favorite coffee when I have company over, or when it's just going to be one of those days. My wife and I especially love the new instant hot water option. It's perfect for our old fashioned tea bags... Or when making a hot toddy right before bed. We use the K550 every day. There were a lot of negative reviews, but if you look past those, the machine is great! It heats up quick, it has a large capacity for water, the k-karafe pot is also nice. Keurig asked me to place this review with my honest opinions and thoughts. We love our K550. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

I use my brewer everyday! I love that it makes a cup of coffee even quicker than my mini brewer. The only drawback is I like to use 12oz water for bolder coffees & that is not a selection. But I just run it twice at 8oz & 4oz & it turns out fine...& is still fast!
