Great product!

I received this item (K55) as a early Christmas gift to myself, it's the first Keurig I've ever owned and I LOVE IT! I use it everyday. Some of the pros: the autostart is awesome! I have it set at the time I get up in the mornig so there is no waiting for the unit to warm up. I also use the auto set for the caffe so it will automatically brew a pot in the morning, but I do wish there was an auto set for a single cup. Some of the cons: the craffe doesn't brew an entire full pot and unless you have the upgraded stainless steel craffe so your coffee will get cold within 20-30 minutes. The craffe only holds 4 - 8 oz cups of coffee. Overall, I feel this is worth the money I spent on it and couldn't imagine my morning without it! Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Small Pot, Limited Features

Love it! Can't get the office moving w/o

We love our Keurig...opened a new office with a standard coffee brewer and tired of that quickly since we all arrive at varying times...the coffee was either not ready or cold. Now we are spoiled by a fresh cup whenever we want it. Love it and wouldn't give it up!!!

Love good coffee and K cups trials

I love good coffee and I didn't know what I was missing until I started to use this everyday. I really like it but I like many before me; I am disappointed on what you did relative to the K cups and the demand it places on my purchases. I am also very disappointed about your lack of concern w/ the environment and how the k cup disposal impacts it. I recycle everything I can to include the grounds in my garden- you product is not Green. I will not recommend it to others indeed I forewarn them in advance about the limitations and restrictiveness relative to the k cup. I have faked out my vue so I can use other k cups and I'm waiting on the "freedom clip". I love good coffee, but at one point I will put this away and go back to my pot. My thanks for teaching me what good coffee should taste like, I am grateful for that and I will follow the recipe from now on.

Good..but not worthy of 2.0 label

Had my last Keurig for 6 years, got this as a replacement for my old one. First off, the fact that it only brew "Keurig" brand K-cups is so agrivating. Although I've found a way around that, it's kind of a pain that they made it this way. Overall the brewer is great and does its job but I feel as though this really isn't a new machine, just polished old machine. They could have done so much more, like made it wifi enabled and have an app to control the machine. In a time when the "smart home" is in the forefront of the tech industry this is kind of a letdown. If it was wifi enabled too, they could send out updates to improve the features on the touch screen.

Coffee pot could be better

My keirig is overall great. The coffee urn although could be of better quality and fit into unit better. Twice now it leaked while brewing and it doesn't keep coffee warm. You would have to buy the thermal coffee pot for an extra price. The 2.0 brews a delicious cup of coffee and I love how easy it is to use.
