Quick brewing doesn't really make a difference if you have to brew twice to get enough to fill a cup. I like how my last keurig let me adjust the temp if the coffee, this one is not hot enough unless you drink it right away.
Pros: Easy to use
Cons: Limited Features, Long Brew Time, Needs larger cup sizes, Coffee not hot enough

Longtime Keurig user - LOVE the product line. This unit is my least favorite of ones I have owned. Can't get "sleep" feature off to have it ready when I get up in the morning! Changed settings several times and it just won't wake-up earlier than 8am. The hot water brew feature is VERY limited as well. Frustrating! BUT.... still makes great coffee! I am and continue to will be a Keurig fan!
Pros: Multiple Settings, Easy to use, Easy to clean

Love my K550! But.......

I find the K550 easy to use and I love being able to set the machine to be warmed up when I get up every morning. I do keep a paperclip handy to clean the needles about once a week. I find that if I don't clean about once a week it starts to brew slower. Overall I am very pleased with the K550

I used to pre-fill my cup with hot water to warm the mug but the redesign makes this inconvenient because you have to hold the button & it only dispenses 6 oz at a time. I think this will make cleaning the machine a pain. Also, water filter is extremely difficult to take apart.

Cons: Coffee Doesn't Stay Hot, Loud, HARD TO CLEAN

My husband and I drink the same thing every morning, 1 cup of regular and 1 cup of decaf. I would love to have a default setting for a 10 oz cup of coffee without having to touch the display for 10 oz. I really love the large water tank and water filter.
