This has been one of the best investments for convenience we have made. The large variety of coffee's, tea's and cocoa's make this something we could no longer live without. Wonderful for when we have company for dinner and can serve such a mixed selection for everyone after dinner. Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review.

My everyday coffee brewer. Love that I can make more than one cup at a time. Coffee is not as hot as my old Keurig. I had to buy the stainless insullated pot that should have come with it.

I love coffee and I love keurig! I purchased the platinum plus a few years and loved it. When the Vue came out I decided to upgrade because of the piston pump technology and because it could do the travel mugs and the 2 step drinks. I sold my platinum plus to a friend who is still using it and loves it. When the keurig 2.0 came out it combined the wonderful brewing of the Vue with the ability to use kcup which have a giant selection. I gave my Vue to my parents who love it. I was on the fence about purchasing the keurig 2.0 because there were so many negative reviews. So many people went on and on and on that it wouldn't brew older kcups. Well the new Brewers definelty do brew all kcups! I have tried them and they all work! Also if people have an off brand or fake kcup box they just have to call customer service and they will replace it for you. Customer service has always been amazing with keurig. That is one reason I keep buying keurigs because I know if I have any issues they will take care of it. As far as the the beverage quality they are all wonderful. I think a lot of people don't relize how the 2.0 is going to work in the future and get frustrated. For instance, currently with a kcup you can only brew up to a 10oz cup and people get mad they can't brew a 16 oz. if you purchase the new Vue cups you can brew travel sizes and the new sizes appear on the screen as selections. My next purchase will probably be the Keurig Rivo because I love lattes as well. If you are on the fence JUST BUY IT! it's so easy to use and once you switch making coffee the old way is horrible and messy and such a waste of extra coffee.

Love my new 2.0. Was very upset about not being able to use my favorite cups at first (gevalia), but within weeks of buying it, they switched to approved cups too, so all is good now and I am loving my brewer.

Love the choices it lets you do. But wish you could brew more than 10 oz and use the old kcups. Not everything comes in the new cups

I upgraded to the 2.0 because of the carafe and I like the larger water storage. I had to order a stainless carafe because the one included is cheaply made thin plastic - hence cold coffee after a few minutes. A larger carafe would have been better because I'm used to 12-cup coffee makers and this is at the most 5 small cups. But it is well-made, very convenient to use, and I love the water temperature. NEED MORE VARIETIES OF K-CARAFE PACKS PLEASE AND MORE DECAF. I have 2 Keurigs of my own and have bought them for my sister and my parents. Thanks, Keurig, for the free packs for this review.
