I love how you can personalize this machine!! It works perfectly for my busy family. We can brew a whole pot on Sunday's when we are at home together! Thanks Keurig for the free packs for this review! I would have rated it the same anyway but that is a nice bonus!!!

Once you find a great coffee that you love and a great value, this is a quality system that runs constantly and reliably.
Pros: Great For Frequent Use, Consistant Quality, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Easy to use
Cons: Had To Bypass Blocking, Provided Pot Is Useless

Some of the old features are missed

I use my Keurig every single day. I have an elite and a K550. I miss the freedom (use any cup/own fresh ground coffee) of the elite but I do love the additional features and styling of the K550. Brewing whole pots of coffee is an awesome option and the customization is really cool. I wish that I could occasionally use my own fresh ground coffee but there are currently no reusable cup options.
Pros: Durable, Easy to use, Large reservoir, Multiple Settings, Brews quickly
Cons: Limited To Certain Cups, Limited Features, HARD TO CLEAN, Can't Use Fresh Grinds

I love the new design. I had a Keurig for several years and lost interest in the quality. I wish there was a larger option for the cups since i use it on the go. The nightlight is a great feature. I want more options and stronger for the pots. thanks, Keurig for the the free packs for this review.

Love my Brewer

I love how I can brew a carafe if I want for my husband and I or when company is over. I like the fact that the coffee always has good flavor and the "strong" brew button is a definite plus. The only disappointment is that you now have to stand there and hold a button for only six ounces of water instead of being able to choose the size cup of water you would like.

My husband is the coffee drinker I love it for the flavor drinks that you can use and make with this machine. Also it is great for when guests come in town that way they have a choose of what kind of coffee or drink they like. If is easy clean up is what I like most about it.
